¼ cup (60 ml) uncooked oats
½ cup (125 ml) skim milk
¼ cup (60 ml) plain nonfat yogurt
½ cup (125 ml) orange juice
1½ tablespoons (23 ml) honey
1 apple, chopped
¼ cup (60 ml) mixed fruit, chopped (optional)
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, milk, and yogurt. Let stand for five minutes to allow the oats to soften. Stir in the orange juice, honey, apples, and mixed fruit. Mix well. Serve cold.
